250 g Schlutzer (homemade if preferred) 
200 g various leaf salads 
150 g finely sliced Speck Alto Adige PGI
salt
pepper
vinegar
olive oil
500 g Schlutzer (homemade if preferred) 
400 g various leaf salads 
300 g finely sliced Speck Alto Adige PGI
salt
pepper
vinegar
olive oil
1 kg Schlutzer (homemade if preferred) 
800 g various leaf salads 
600 g finely sliced Speck Alto Adige PGI
salt
pepper
vinegar
olive oil
 

Preparation

Spread the cooked Schlutzer on a plate with some olive oil and let it cool and wrap with slices of Speck Alto Adige PGI. Cook with some olive oil in a pan and prepare over salad.
