  Speck- flavored dumpling soup



75 g Speck Alto Adige PGI 
150 g flour  
2 eggs
5 g parsley, finely chopped 
½ l bouillon
5 g chive
150 g Speck Alto Adige PGI 
300 g flour 
3 eggs 
10 g parsley, finely chopped 
1 l bouillon 
10 g chive
300 g Speck Alto Adige PGI 
600 g flour  
6 eggs 
20 g parsley, finely chopped 
2 l bouillon 
20 g chive
 

Preparation

Thoroughly mix flour, Speck Alto Adige PGI and parsley, form dumplings with a spoon and boil them in salted water for 5 minutes. Season the bouillon with chives and add the dumplings. Ready to serve.
