What were your first impressions about Speck Alto Adige?
The first thing I noticed when I received the Speck ham in the mail was the smokiness I could smell through the packaging. And once I had cut into the ham? The color! Absolutely gorgeous!

What recipe did you create and what inspired you to create it?
I created a Lemon Risotto with Brussels Sprouts and Crispy Ham. I had been dying to make a perfect for spring risotto, and I knew the Speck Alto Adige would pair perfectly with bright lemon and fresh brussels sprouts.
