Typically Speck,
typically South Tyrol.

Speck Alto Adige is an Italian gourmet product which has its origin in the mountains and valleys of the southern side of the Alps.

Its owes its special character to the singular geographical location of South Tyrol, Italy’s northernmost province, reflecting both Germanic and Mediterranean cultures, its landscape providing climatic conditions with ample sunshine and fresh mountain air. Speck Alto Adige is a product that truly bears proud witness to the dual nature of this area .While in the north raw ham is preserved by smoking and in the south it is dried outdoors, the South Tyroleans have joined the two methods successfully with a very unique result: the typical ham Speck Alto Adige, lightly smoked and cured in the open air, using traditional methods handed down through generations.

Unique production method, unique taste.
