5g parsley, finely chopped
1/2l bouillon
5g chive

20g parsley, finely chopped

Preparation
Thoroughly mix flour, Speck Alto Adige PGI and parsley, form dumplings with a spoon and boil them in salted water for 5 minutes. Season the bouillon with chives and add the dumplings. Ready to serve.
