Preparation
Mix beef together with onion, breadcrumbs, eggs, salt, pepper and paprika before shaping meat into patties. Cook the patties in a pan on both sides, wrap in Speck Alto Adige PGI and then let sit. Cut the burger buns in half and warm on the inside. Spread horseradish on the bun and then overlay with the cooked South Tyrolean Speck burger, tomatoes and lettuce, as well as additional Speck Alto Adige PGI pieces.
